- The Exporter must notify the document and state the exact date and time for the export to the international veterinary checkpoint where the export will take place at least one day before the export date to check and verify the authenticity of the document. If the document is incorrect or incomplete, the inspector at the checkpoint must advise the permit applicant to fill it in correctly.
- On the day of export, the exporter must notify the inspection certificate of documents and items of animals and animal products to the veterinary officer at the checkpoint to be recorded in the database.
- The veterinary officer at the checkpoint inspects the documents and the actual goods and issues the inspection certificate at the checkpoint as well as informs the exporter to pay the fees and service charges according to the regulations before allowing the goods to be moved to the customs department or other relevant departments.
