- Agreement on Trade Faciliation: Recalling and reaffirming the mandate principles contained in paragraph 27 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration and in Annex D of the Decision of the Doha Work Programme adopted by the General Council on 1 August 2004, as well as in paragraph 33 of and Annex E to the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration.
- Agreement [Framework Agreement] on Facilitatation of Cross-border Paperless Trade for the Asia Pacific Region: The objective of this Agreement [Framework Agreement] is to promote cross-border paperless trade by enabling exchange and mutual recognition of trade-related data and documents in electronic form and facilitating interoperability among national and subregional Single Windows and/or other paperless trade systems, for the purpose of making international trade transactions more efficient and transparent while improving regulatory compliance.

- Agreement on Trade Promotion and Facilitation For Cambodia, Lao PDR, Vietnam Development Triangle Area: The agreement aims to (1) enhance trade promotion activities; (1) create friendly business environment; (3) facilitate the movement of people, vehicles and goods among parties; and (4) create favorable conditions for the stimulation of trade and investment flows in the Cambodia-Lao PDR-Vietnam Development Triangle Area.
