Pursuant to Notification No. 04/2018/TT-BTC, dated 02 April 2018, MOIT has abolished 02 commodities with HS Code, for instance, Salt (2501) and Eggs (0407.21.00, 0407.90.10, 0407.29.10, 0407.90.20, 0407.29.90 and 0407.90.90) as 0% for import tariff rate from ASEAN countries. Moreover, MOIT has specified the condition that these commodities shall be attached Certificate of Origin (Form D) issued by the original country.
