Notification

 

To: Relevant Head of Division of the Department of Customs, Customs Management Unit, Provincial Inspection Unit and Borders across the country,

Subject: Issuance of guaranteed goods movement (for fuel).

 

  • Persuade to the Customs Law, No. 04/NA, dated 20 December 2011 and the revised version of some articles No. 057/NA, dated 24 December 2014.
  • Persuade to the Notification No.4698/DC, dated 05 March 2012.

 

The Director General of the Department of Customs has noticed:

  1. Relevant Divisions of the Department of Customs, Customs Management Unit across the country will supervise the inspection unit and the border customs to pay attention to review the content of Notice on the import goods, No. 4698/DC, dated 05 March 2012, that is necessary and does not require permission to issue documents for internal movement and control by a cable lock or seal lock;
  2. For fuel goods, after filling out the tax declaration in detail and having paid the tax correctly when moving from one province to another province, use the tax declaration in detail instead of the goods movement certificate (if using a copy, it must be stamped and signed by the company or the owner of the goods);
  3. In the case of moving goods that have not been brought the total amount according to the amount of the tax declaration as the original details (this means the goods have been brought to a certain part) must attach to the bills and receipts of tax for evidence and inspection;
  4. In the actual implementation, if there are any difficulties, please report to the Department of Customs for seeking solutions according to the laws and regulations.
