To: - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Ministry of Finance, Head of the National Operation for COVID-19.

- Governor of Houaphanh Province.
Subject: Guidelines for temporary open Local Checkpoint in Houaphanh Province for Agricultural Exports to Vietnam.
- Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Prime Minister Office, No.93/PM, dated 03 March 2017.
- Pursuant to the proposal of Houaphanh province No. 82/POG.HP, dated 17 November 2020.
- Pursuant to the guidance of the Prime Minister on 03 December 2020.
The Prime Minister’s Office is pleased to inform you that the Prime Minister agreed to temporarily open the Ban Dan Checkpoint, Houaphanh Province to Xiengmouang Checkpoint, Sonla Province (Vietnam) in order to export necessary agricultural products as per the request letter. However, a date must be set for doing export of the products only and must be tightened procedures of the preventing measures of COVID-19 as set by the government.
Therefore, we would like to inform you and seek your cooperation of this notification.
