Minister Decision
Decision on approving the list of crops, crop products and controlled substances that are a priority for negotiation of opening market for exporting goods from Lao PDR to China

- Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry No. 99/PM, dated 09 March 2017.

The Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has issued the decision:
Article 1. Determining the accounts, plant products and materials to be controlled for technical negotiations to open the Chinese markets for exporting to China in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 as the attachments below.
Article 2. Assigning the Department of Agriculture on behalf of the Lao PDR National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) to be responsible for the implementation and coordination with the relevant parties, as well as inform the China NPPO and the Customs Management Organization regarding plant accounts, plant products and controlled products, including guidelines, manual guide book and roadmap in order to implement according to the relevant laws and regulations and MOU as Laos is a member.
Article 3. This Decision is effective from the date of signing.
