Strengthen the new version of electronic certificate of origin (e-CO) system for officials and entrepreneurs in 5 northern provinces (Udomxay, Luang Prabang, Luang Namtha, Bokeo and Phongsaly) to facilitate exports and ensure that exporters can fully use the special rights from commercial agreements.
