Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued Decision on the Origin No. 0630/MOIC, dated 10 March 2026. The Decision regulates origin matters, including registration, national origin marks, rights and duties of origin owners and inspection authorities, and related management procedures and aims to ensure consistent implementation of the Intellectual Property Law and support green, sustainable socio-economic development.
