  • Pursuant to the Customs Law, No. 81/NA, dated 29 June 2020;
  • Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decree on the organization and operation of the Ministry of Finance, No. 353/PM, dated 2 August 2024;
  • According to the report of the Customs Department No. 3010/LCD, dated 26 March 2025

 

The Minister of Finance approved:

  1. Purpose

This instruction provides the principles, conditions, and implementation of the AEO program to ensure international supply chain security; Aiming to increase the facilitation and ensure the safety of import, export, transit, movement and storage of good; increase the competitiveness of international trade of AEO operators under compliance with international standards.
