On 5 November 2026, the Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, held a meeting to disseminate Notice No. 3572/PSO, dated 21 September 2026, on the use of the National Single Window Plus (NSWA+) System for issuing temporary import permits for land vehicles, and on the procedures for applying for such permits. The system has been used for this purpose since 1 October 2026. The meeting took place in the main meeting hall on the 1st floor of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Kousim Chanthapanya, Deputy Director General of the Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and attended by representatives of the relevant government agencies, embassies, companies, projects and other stakeholders.
The main objective of the meeting was to enable participants to learn about and understand the data entry process, requirements and procedures for applying for permits through the NSWA+ System, as well as to discuss the issues encountered in using the system and ways to resolve them.

On this occasion, the Chair emphasized that using the NSWA+ System to issue temporary import permits for land vehicles contributes to the Ministry’s modern digital transformation efforts, enhances transparency and speed in the Department’s statistical work, and provides greater convenience for enterprises. In addition, participants gained a clearer understanding of the procedures for preparing application documents through the system in line with Notice No. 3572/PSO, dated 21 September 2026.
At the end of the meeting, the Chair tasked the secretariat team with compiling all comments and suggestions, which will be used to further improve the system and to develop it together with BIVAC (the system developer), so that it can concretely support the issuance of re-export permits in the future.
