Export of rubber from Lao PDR in transit within Thailand to a third country destination can be conducted according to the procedures for the transport of goods between Lao PDR and Thailand by obtaining a custom declaration at an International border check point and submitting offer the following documents:

1.      Certificate of Origin

2.      Phytosanitary Certificate

3.      Invoice and Packing List
