Agreement on Trade Facilitation

Recalling and reaffirming the mandate principles contained in paragraph 27 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration and in Annex D of the Decision of the Doha Work Programme adopted by the General Council on 1 August 2004, as well as in paragraph 33 of and Annex E to the Hong Kong  Ministerial Declaration.
