Additional Notification
To: Head of Department of Industry and Commerce at Provinces and Vientiane Capital
Subject: Updating content of Notification No. 1904/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 30 September 2011 point 1.4 on licensing procedures of the import and export of timber and wooden products.
- Pursuant to the Notification on goods subject to automatic and non-automatic import and export licensing No.0826/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 3 May 2011.
- Pursuant to the Notification of Department of industry No. 506/MoIC.DOI, dated 13 June 2016 on an instruction for listing wooden products.
Permanent Secretariat Office, Ministry of Industry and Commerce would like to inform you that according to the Notification No. 1904/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 30 September 2011 point 1.4 documents required in requesting for export of wooden products shall include:
1. A copy of the Enterprise registration and tax certificate related to wood business activities
2. Invoice
3. Packing list;
4. Customs Export declaration (through other provinces);
5. Certificate of Input of Raw Material and Output of Product of Processing Factory
Based on evolving and actual circumstances in facilitating trade for business operations with regard to required documents for export of wooden products point 1.4 of the Notification No. 1904/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 30 September 2011 the required documents shall include:
1. A copy of the Enterprise registration and tax certificate related to wood business
2. Invoice
3. Packing list;
Therefore, this additional notification is issued for your information and strict implementation.
