The Decree defines priciples, rules, and measures on the promotion, management, inspection, movement of manufacturing, processing and contribution of biofuel; including service in order to systemize usage and business operation of biofuel in accordance with laws and regulations. It aims to research possibility to develop domestic raw materials and minimize the use of natural resources, enhancing value of agricultural products, reduce effects to environment, increasing sustainable development, contribute to the national economic-social development and imrpove living quality of citizen.
