Pursuant to Notification No.4186/DIMEX, dated 12 September 2018, this notification aims at improving for a more concise and prompt procedure of service in DIMEX. In addition, DIMEX has the vision to develop its work plan of import and export, border trade, trade facilitation and rule of origin in order to stimulate economic growth in Lao PDR.
