To: - Board of Director of the Lao Petroleum and Gas Association
- Import-export petroleum companies, lubricating oil and cooking gas.
Subject: Applying the Lao National Single Window (LNSW) when import petroleum, lubricating oil and cooking gas through at the Lao-Thai International Friendship Bridge 1 Checkpoint, Vientiane Capital.
- Pursuant to the Notification of the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Finance, on the use of the Lao National Single Window System to manage the import of general goods and fuel at the 1st Lao-Thai Friendship Bridge, No.1573/COF, date 05 August 202.
The Department of Import and Export is pleased to inform that the Notification No.1573/COF will be implemented accordingly to the notification by issuance of licenses for petroleum, lubricating oil and cooking gas through the LNSW system only. For any import-export companies are not registered to the system, yet, are required to register as soon as possible. Registration process shall consult with Single Window Development Ltd (contact mobile number 020 5558 6617, 020 5554 4634, 020 5554 4638) and downloading form through www. prod.laonsw.net or www.laotradeportal.gov.la.
Excluding other international Customs Checkpoints that will be still paper based until a further notification in the future.
Therefore, we would like to inform you for your reference and implementation.
