Dear: Chairman of the Board of Commerce and Industry of Bolikhamxay Province

  • Companies / factories that apply for the Certificate of Origin within Bolikhamxay Province.

Subject:   Commencement of the issuance of electronic certificate of origin (E-CO).

 

  • Pursuant to the Notification on the implementation of the issuance of electronic certificates of origin, No. 0296/CO.DIMEX, dated 23 December 2019
  • Pursuant to the Notification on the implementation of the issuance of certificates of origin under the ASEAN Commodity Trade Agreement through the system Electronics or ATIGA E-FORM D, No.1428/CO.DIMXEX, dated 28 August 2020.

 

Bolikhamxay Division of Industry and Commerce is honored to inform you that on 01 March 2021 onwards, the division will implement to use the system of electronic certificates of origin (E-CO). The new system will be combined with the previous process while adjusting to complete to the online process later. Thus, applicants can choose whether to use the system (E-CO) or paper work as usual. The new implementation aims to facilitate those who has the certificates of origin and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Lao P.D.R.

Therefore, we would like to inform you for an effectively implementation.
