The Cabinet Office of the Ministry of Technology and Communications has issued a notification on the registration of the use of Short Wave, AM, FM, Analogue and Digital, No.356/CO.MoTC, dated 29 June 202,

If the station is located at a province, you can contact the Provincial Division of Technology and Communication for further consultation on the registration with the Department of Frequency, Ministry of Technology and Communications within a period of 3 months from the date of issuance of this notification.

Failure to register at the time of detection will result in a warning and a fine as mention in the type 13 of the Law on Radio Frequency No. 17/NA, dated 05 May 2017.
