The Department of Foreign Trade (DFT), Ministry of Industry and Commerce has notified the attached list of enterprises to urgently renew their certificates of registration for importing and exporting goods and services before March 31, 2026, in order to continue importing and exporting goods and completing documents for receiving and transferring service fees as normal. Due to monitoring and inspection of data, it has been found that the certificates of many registered enterprises have expired. Renewal of certificates can be done in the Importer-Exporter of Goods and Services Registration System via the website of the Department of Foreign Trade https://imex-enterprise.Laoconnect.la/auth/login. The conditions and documents for renewal are based on the Notice of Adjustment of Importer and Exporter of Goods No. 2972/Lok, dated October 31, 2024. If any enterprise fails to register for renewal through the system within the specified time frame, the Department of Foreign Trade will suspend the enterprise's information and take additional measures according to the regulation
