The Ministry of Industry and Commerce has issued Decision on Substance and Chemicals Industrial Management No. 1041/MOIC.DoIH, dated 28 May 2012 to determine the basic principles, rules and measures regarding the management and inspection of dangerous substances and chemicals, to ensure prevention and the safety on the manufacturing process (processing procedures, processing methods, storing and packaging), trading (import, export, transportation and distribution), stock, consumption, and recycling for all types of dangerous substances and chemicals in the area of processing and handicraft industry.
The scope of this decision is to manage and inspect the implementation of business and activities on regarding dangerous substances and chemicals in the area of processing and handicrafts industry, except activities related to radioactivity, radioactive waste and nuclear power.
