The objective of this meeting is to discuss and exchange the supporting mechanism for the supplying of trade information between the permanent office of the Trade Facilitation Secretariat (TFS), which is where Lao Trade Portal is located and members of LTP focal point in supplying trade information accurately, completely in order to disseminate the information on the Lao Trade Portal in a timely manner. Furthermore the meeting will also present the necessary and importance of the exchange and supporting the trade information to Lao Trade Portal Website, Term of Reference and Responsibility of Trade Facilitation Secretariat (TFS), necessary information that need from related sectors, how to exchange the information and coordinating method in order to facilitate the coordination aspect.
