Ministry of Industry and Trade, Socialist Republic of Vietnam had issued Notice on Temporarily Ceased Importation and Re-Exportation of Logs, Semi Processed Wood (in HS code 44.03 and 44.07 according to Table of Import and Export Products  of Vietnam) Ref. No. 37/2014/TT-BCT, dated 24th October 2014  from natural forest of Lao PDR and Kingdom of Cambodia that will be re-export to third country. This Notice will be effective on 8th December 2014.

For agreements that were signed before this Notice become effective, enterprenuers can request for temporary permission for importation untill  31/12/2014.
