According to the official letter from Vietnam Ministry of Finance No. 2236/BTC-CST, dated 11/2/2015 had informed that Vietnam will ongoing the implementation of Agreement on Preferential Import Duty Scheme for Laos, which shall be implemented according to Notification No. 36/2012/TT-BTC, dated 2/3/2015 on the Preferential Import Duty Scheme Laos-Vietnam will have no change on the content and commodity listed on the said notification and is effective on 1/1/2015 to 31/12/2015.
