The Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism notifies all companies, stores, wholesalers, natural persons, legal entities and organizations throughout the country that conduct businesses related to importation, distribution and installation of all satellite receivers in Lao PDR to suspend their importation of all satellite receivers from February 01st, 2018 onward.
For entrepreneurs who imported and possess satellite receivers for customer service, it is urgently required to inform their business operations as follows:

1. For the entrepreneurs reside in Vientiane Capital, shall inform the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Department of Media and Department of Information, Culture and Tourism.
2. For the entrepreneurs reside in other provinces, shall inform the Provincial Department of Information, Culture and Tourism.

This notification is effective from February 01st, 2018
