The implementation of customs-tax policy, procedures and approval for goods Importation for loan and ODA projects aims to create favorable conditions for the implementation of ministries and local sectors, to use capital efficiently and to ensure transparent imports. In addition, an approval of import and customs-tax exemptions to the Minister of Finance, considered by Department of External Finance and Debt Management. Goods importation and cut actual import plans in accordance with the Ministerial Decision, managed by Customs Department.
