Pursuant to Order on the Enhancement of the Strictness in the Administration and Inspection of Legally Prohibited Wild Fauna and Flora No. 05/PMO, dated 08 May 2018. The concerned ministries, sectors and local authorities shall increase the enhancement of the strictness and implement the functions, scope, and rights in accordance with laws, laws and legal documents related to the administration, inspections, and prosecution of prohibited wild fauna and flora.

Moreover, this order aims at stop hunting fauna in the list of prohibition (List I) and cease the import, export, and sale of prohibited fauna and flora, cease the establishment of prohibited fauna farm for business purposes and cease the import, export, and sale of prohibited flora without authorization from concerned sectors.
