Pursuant to Decision on the Establishment of National Trade Facilitation Committee No. 48/PM, dated 26 July 2018. Prime Minister has agreed on the establishment of National Trade Facilitation Committee (NTFC) at central level, provincial level and Vientiane capital and appointed Mr. Sonexay Siphandone Deputy Prime Minister as Head of NTFC at central level. Deputy governor of provinces and vice mayor of Vientiane capital as Head of NTFC at provincial level and Vientiane capital.

Ministries, state agencies equivalent to the Ministries at Vientiane capital and provinces shall appoint their NTFC representatives in accordance with Article 01 and 03, then inform Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Prime Minister Office.
