MOIC issues Order on Controlling Tobacco Products by determining retail and wholesale minimum price No.1791/MOIC.DDT, dated 18 December 2018. Provincial, District and Capital Industry and Commerce Office are required to disseminate and advice tobacco industries, markets, and shops in nationwide.
Controlling tobacco retail minimum price for 4,000 Kips per pack and wholesale minimum price for 30,000 Kip per carton with tax stamp attached.
