Pursuant to the Notification No. 3323/PSO.ERMD, dated 25 December 2018, the implementation of enterprise registration and investment or business operation license on January 01, 2019 stipulated in Notification No. 2009/PSO.ERMD, dated 22 August 2018, its implementation will be postponed from January 01, 2019 to February 01, 2019.

From now until February 01, 2019, enterprise registration and investment or business operation license shall keep traditional practice for their implementation.
