On February 25, 2019, onward, DIMEX is going to launch the LNSW system for the import and export license of the vehicle via www.laonsw.net. In the initial transition period of LNSW, companies still are able to apply for the import and export license manually until there is further notification of the new system completion.
Pursuant to Instruction on the Utilization of Lao National Single Window No. 4217/MOF, dated 28 December 2018. The registration of LNSW user is divided into two parts: the registration for the government sector and the registration for the company is as follows:
I. The registration for the government sector
- Conditions
To register as LNSW user, the government staffs need to have the following criteria:
1) Must be responsible for the import and export license and management;
2) Must have computer skills and internet;
3) Must be participated LNSW training workshop;
4) Must have an email address
- Request for user password
1) Director General of the department shall submit the application form on request for user password for government staffs to Lao National Single Window Company .,Ltd;
2) LNSW company checks the accuracy and creates user password for each government staffs;
3) The LNSW system will send user ID and passwords to users via e-mail directly;
4) Once the user received ID and passwords, the user is able to log in via LNSW website.
- Cancellation
In case the department wants to cancel using a LNSW user due to the substituting the new staffs, the department must notify the LNSW Company to cancel the LNSW user or to create a new LNSW user.
II. The registration for the companies
- Conditions
To register as LNSW user, the companies need to have the following criteria:
1) Must be a staff at import and export company, transportation services company and other related import and export of goods.
2) Must be participated LNSW training workshop;
3) Must have an email address
- Request for user password
1) Director of the company shall submit the application form on request for user password for company staffs to Lao National Single Window Company .,Ltd;
2) Application form on request for user password for company staffs must attach the following criteria:
- Enterprise registration certificate
- Certificate of Tax Identity Number
- Certificate of annual tax payment
- Certificate of LNSW training workshop
3) LNSW company checks the accuracy and creates user password for each company staffs and send data of user passwords to the Customs Department in order to consider for approval;
4) Customs Department checks the accuracy and approves the registration for company staffs;
5) The LNSW system will send user ID and passwords to users via e-mail directly.
6) Once user received ID and passwords, the user is able to log in via LNSW website.
- Cancellation
In case the companies want to cancel using an LNSW user due to the substituting the new staffs, the companies must notify the LNSW Company to cancel the LNSW user or to create a new LNSW user.
