Decision
on the Proclamation of Product Specific Rules under ASEAN-Australia and New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA) which transferred from the AHTN 2012 to AHTN 2017 ​

 

         - Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce No. 230/PM, dated 24 July 2017s;
         - Referred to the 13th ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement Working Group Meeting on 04-07 April 2018 in DaNang, Vietnam, which was completed the specific regulations applied to each product;
         - According to the Department of Import and Export.

 

The Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued the following decisions:

 

Article 1. Promulgate Product Specific Rules (PSR) under each product of the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement which will be transferred from the AHTN 2012 to AHTN 2017.

Article 2. The Department of Imports and Exports shall be responsible for instructing and disseminating detailed implementation procedures on such regulations so that this decision can be implemented effectively.

Article 3. This Decision is effective from 01 January 2019 onwards.
