Decision
on the announcement of rules of origin of specific products which are used for each product under the Asian – South Korea Free Trade Agreement, which is upgraded from the Product Specific Rules (PSR) HS 2012 upgraded to PSR HS 2017
- Pursuant to the Decree On the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 230/PM, dated 24 July 2017;
- Based on the outcome of the meeting of the 17th ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Committee Meeting from 12 to 14 February 2019 in Seoul, the Republic of Korea, which has completed the revision of specific regulations that apply to each product;
- According to the Department of Import and Export.
The Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued the following decisions:
Article 1: Product Specific Rules (PSR) under the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade that was transferred from PSR 2012 source specification regulations to PSR 2017.
Article 2: The Department of Import and Export is responsible for instructing and disseminating detailed implementation procedures on such regulations so that this decision can be implemented effectively.
Article 3: This decision is effective from 01 September 2019 onwards.
This decision replaces the decision on the promulgation of Product Specific Rules under the ASEAN- Korea that was transferred from ASEAN tariff code system AHTN 2007 to AHTN 2012, No. 0945/ MOIC.DIMEX, dated 18 May 2015.
