The registration of pesticides is technically certified through scientific evaluation of the chemical used in a pesticide. The certification can measure how pesticide products are effective and not harmful to the ecosystem and the environment. There are three types of pesticide registration: 1) temporary pesticide registration, 2) permanent pesticide registration and 3) duplicate registration of a pesticide.

 

The termination and cancellation of pesticide registration

1. A case to terminate the registered pesticides.

  • Detecting pesticides that are threats to human, animals, plants and the environment;
  • Detecting pesticides which are inefficiency or not quality as registered;
  • Whoever is authorized to register this Decision or does not comply with the registration requirements.

 

2. A case to cancel the registered pesticides

  • There is evidence to prove that pesticides are poor quality and inefficiency, which are harmful human, animals, plants and the environment;
  • The Specific Task can inspect and implement an action if there is any misconduct of the regulation;
  • The registrars missed the code of conduct at a second time or more.
