Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has issued a notification on the use of import, export and transit forms of animals, aquatic animals, animal products and fisheries, No 1944/MAF on 27 June 2018, with inspection after imported the animals as mention. These are 10 relevant forms that entrepreneurs/businessman must submit a form to the relevant division for seeking approval:

Form IET 1 and Form IET 5 submit to the Department of Livestock and Fisheries;

Form IET 2 submit to a District Livestock and Fisheries Unit;

Form IET 3 and Form IET 10 submit to a District Agriculture and Forestry Office;

Form IET 4 submit to the Central/Provinces Livestock and Fisheries;

Form IET 6 and Form IET 7 submit to the International Veterinary Checkpoint in Vientiane / Provinces;

Form IET 8 submit to the International Veterinary Checkpoint in Vientiane / District Livestock and Fisheries Unit;

Form IET 9 submit to the District Livestock and Fisheries Unit.

 

Additionally, the fees and technical fees associated with the implementation of this notice, it is required to comply with the Presidential Decree No. 003/PO on 26 December 2012, Part II, Chapter VIII, Article 42, Services of the Agriculture and Forestry.
