To: Head of Financial Division of Provinces and Vientiane Capital
- Head of State Property Management Unit in the Provinces and Vientiane Capital.
Subject: the methods for selling-purchasing registration fee when import and export goods at all warehouses.
- Pursuant to the Law on State Property (Revised) No. 14/NA dated 5 July 2012;
- Pursuant to the Presidential Decree on Fees and Service Charges (Revised No. 003/POL, dated 26/12/2012);
- Pursuant to the research proposal of the Department of State Property Management dated 21/05/2020.
The Department of State Property Management, Ministry of Finance, would like to inform you that the method of calculating the registration rate such as various selling-purchasing agreements and import-export agreement at warehouses in order to uniform, in accordance with laws and regulations and to be able to collect revenue properly. The details as below:
1. The State Property Management Divisions at Provinces and Vientiane Capital where there is a registration service unit of selling-purchasing agreements and import-export agreement at warehouses that should follow the calculation method in the Article 06, Section 06 (paragraph 03) of the President Decree on the fees and charges (updated) No. 003/POL, dated 26 December 2012.
