Notification
To: - Head of Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Division.

Subject: Bolikhamxay Province has a Notification on the Authorized Officers of relevant sectors to inspect and certify timber products for export from Lao PDR.
- Pursuant to the PM's order in facilitating import-export, temporary import, transit, and transfer goods in Lao PDR. No 12/PM, dated 16 October 2019.
- Pursuant to the Provincial Notification, No. 715/PO.BKX, date 29 July 2020D.
Bolikhamxay Industry and Commerce Division is pleased to inform that inspection and certification of wood products for export must follow the government and the Party’s Guidelines for implementation in order to facilitate trade at Bolikhamxay province as the following bellows:
1. Certification of timber products for export is in accordance with the Instruction on the Procedures to Certify Wooden Products before loading to containers for export No. 2143/MOIC.DIMEX dated 25 November 2016.
2. The Authorized Committee must include 1 representative Officer from each party for inspection, certification, seal and sign a joint memorandum shall.
