The Xayaboury Provincial Division of Industry and Commerce has issued a Notification in implementing the issuance of the Electronic Certificate of Origin (e-CO), No.1383/DIC.SYB, dated 21 June 2022. The e-CO system will facilitate entrepreneurs who want to use the electronic certificate of origin and can register at the Xayaboury Provincial Division of Industry and Commerce. The e-CO system is officially implemented from 01 July 2022 onwards.

The Government aims to turn traditional system into the modern services into facilitating entrepreneurs who want to certify their privileged origin.
