From Monday 24 September 2012 the Department of Import and Export of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce was relocated in the new MOIC building across the road from the old building.  All traders requiring import licenses, certificates of origin or information should go the new building which is located at Phonxay Road, Xaysettha District, Vientiane near Vietnam Embassy behind the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
