The Customs Department, Ministry of Finance has issued additional instruction for Customs Declaration with the ASYCUDA system No. 03471/DoC, dated, 15 January 2013 to clarify some contents under Instruction No 10503/DOC, dated 5 July 2012 to ensure simplification and harmonization of the automated system for customs declaration with the ASYCUDA system with related line agencies with respect to the settlement of taxes-duties through the National budget and the bank so that it is able to summarize them and compare them with the revenue account. Also the standard procedure for document inspection and risk management of a custom declaration and the actual inspection of goods is classified as Green, Blue, Yellow, Red in compliance with the customs law and regulations.
