Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy and Mining notified to Department of Customs, Ministry of Finance, Department of Import and Export, Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Department of transport, Ministry of public work and transport that starting from 1st January 2013 onward Department of Import and Export can issue import permit for materials, equipment, vehicle and petrol for use in energy projects of private with an approved of master list by Finance Minister directly without getting approval from Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy and Mining first, if the company would like to import items that are not included in the Master list the company has to submit a proposal to Department of Energy Business to certify the necessary of such items before obtaining the import permit following the previous procedures.
