In order to guarantee rights, proper interest of labour - workers of Lao people throughout the country, the government as well as the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare issued Notification on the Minimum Wage, No. 808/LSW, dated 9 February 2015 replacing Notification No. 2951/LSW, dated 23 November 2011 and officially effective on 1/4/2015 onward until the next amendment.
