The purpose of this meeting is to review the implementation in 2013-2014 and future plan on developing information supply mechanism to Lao PDR Trade Portal. In addition, Lao PDR Trade Portal team has introduced LTP Forum to support the coordination and expedite information supply.
The meeting was organized according to its agenda which important contents are: 1. Report on the past implementation of coordination and trade information supply; 2. The importance of creating coordination mechanism to LTP, and proposal to revise current focal points name list; 3. Introduction to ATR and NTR, LTP tasks regarding ATR; 4. Introduction and practice on how to use focal points e-mail; 5. Introduction and practice on how to use LTP Forum.
The meeting was organized in friendly atmosphere, the participants paid attention on the topics in order to utilize it in their work. Mostly, the participants are highly value the information supply mechanism to the Lao PDR Trade Portal in order to improve LTP to have full content, update, and sustain.
