In order to ensure consistency in processing the export of wood products based on actual capacity of wood factories nationwide, MOIC issues an additional instruction on semi wood product for export no. 2156/MOIC.DIMEX, dated 19 October 2015 which empowers industry and commerce department in provinces and Vientiane capital to authorize the export of semi wood products as being specified in Annex 2 of Decision on wood products, no 2005/MOIC. DOIH, dated 28 September 2015. With an except of the column wood, the industry and commerce department in provinces and Vientiane capital shall work with relevant agencies to examine the sources and report to Department of Import and Export, Ministry of Industry and Commerce for consideration.
